What is a Gigabyte?

A gigabyte is a unit of information or computer storage equal to one billion (meaning a thousand million) bytes. It is commonly abbreviated GB.

What is an IPOD?

iPod is a brand of portable media players designed and marketed by Apple and launched in 2001. Devices in the iPod range are primarily digital audio players, designed around a central click wheel — although the iPod shuffle has buttons also. The line-up consists of the video-capable fifth generation iPod, the smaller iPod nano, and the display-less iPod shuffle. The full-sized model stores media on an internal hard drive, while the smaller iPod nano and iPod shuffle use flash memory. Like many digital music players, iPods can also serve as external data storage devices. The iPhone is a device that combines the features of the video-capable iPod with mobile phone and mobile Internet capabilities.

What is an MP3?

The MP3 player is the most recent in an evolution of music formats that have helped consumers enjoy their tunes. Records track tapes, cassette tapes and CDs, none of these earlier music formats provided the convenience and control that MP3 players give music lovers. With an MP3 player in hand or pocket, a consumer can create personalized music lists and carry thousands of songs wherever they go. All of that stored music and the MP3 player itself fit into a device that's smaller than a deck of cards.

What is an MP4?

An Mp4 player is amongst the latest gadgets available in the electronic market. This is in keeping with the upgraded version of Mp3 to Mp4, it supports all kinds of multimedia content and advanced content like 2D and 3D animated graphics, etc. It can be attached to the computer, laptop and television.This devise is also available with its own in built sound system. Mostof these players can also play the lower Mp versions.

What is a Mouth Piece and an Ear Piece?

A Mouth piece is simple device that is found at the bottom of the phone that transmits the voice of the phone owner so during a call so that the person at the other end of the line can hear the person's voice. It gets dirty from time to time as a result of the dust but only needs cleaning.

An Ear piece is the speaker on the top end of a phone set that transmits the voice of the person one is talking to during a phone conversation.

What is the difference between an original charger and a duplicate?

A customer can only tell the difference between an original charger and duplicate charger only after charging the phone set. Phones charged with an original charger tend to have better longer battery life compared to phones charged with a duplicate charger.

Do you offer Hire Purchase?

Yes we offer hire purchase to our customers.

A customer can make deposits on a specified item over a period of time in simple installments until the final total amount has been paid and then pick up the item.

How can one tell whether the phone is original or not?

There is no set standard way of determining whether a phone or its accessories are original as the duplicates manufacturers are trying so hard to make sure that a customer does not tell the difference however this can be beaten by buying from a phone dealer who offers a warranty on his products.

We at Valid Electronics offer a 6 month warranty on all our products so that incase the customer is not satisified with the quality of the products he or she purchases, we can offer her an alternative.

How long should I initially charge the battery

Initial battery charging of a new phone's battery takes between 6 (six) to 10 (ten) hours before use, this depends on the phone make and model, after this the normal charging hours apply as written on the attached brochure.

How long does a phone battery take before being recharged

This depends on the talk time the phone owner spends on it plus the phone model and type because different phones have different battery life spans but normally on average a phone battery will last for three days without requiring a recharge of the battery

Do you offer warants on your products?

We offer upto six months of waranty on all mobile phones sold from any of our outlets and upto one year waranty on all domestic products
